For several years there has been a creative writing group at Hope, where people who use our service have been supported to express themselves, share their experience and write original pieces, both for enjoyment and for therapy. The first ever publication from the Hope Creative Writing Group is due to be published next week: ‘Writing in Hope’.
There is an invitation only launch at the Guildhall on the 12th Sept for the supporters and donors who made this happen through our crowdfunding campaign. A further event to showcase the book for a wider audience is in planning.
The book will be available soon in retailers and through Hope itself, at a price of £10, the whole proceeds of which go back to fund Hope’s work.
