Who

We are always on the lookout for volunteers to help out at Hope. Are you an individual that can offer some of your time? Or do you work for a business that wants to get involved in our corporate volunteering initiatives? As long as you are over 18 years old there are many volunteering opportunities at Hope.

What

There are many things you can get involved in from helping sort and distribute food to people through our food larders. You can help out on our allotment growing food, or there are many opportunities working behind the scenes, in accounts, admin, IT, marketing, campaigning. If you have a skill that you can offer to support us with, let us know!

How

We have a dedicated volunteer coordinator who can give you information about or current opportunities, just use the link below. We run regular volunteer ‘drop-in’ sessions where you can come and meet current volunteers and find out more about what we do, have a look at the information below. You can also book a trial shift, to see if the experience is right for you.

Come and chat to current volunteers over a hot drink and cake. Our drop-in sessions are an opportunity to find out about volunteering from current volunteers and ask any questions you might have.

We regularly welcome corporate volunteers to help at Hope. We can accommodate teams of people and work with businesses on their CSR initiatives. Volunteering at Hope is rewarding and makes a positive difference to the local community.
