OPERATIONAL DETAILS

Please note: All stallholders are required to bring their own table and up to two chairs. All gazebos used my be weighted down (no matter the weather). The site is concrete so not suitable for tent pegs. Set up on the day will be from 7:30am and all vehicle must be parked in a parking space by 8:45am. No power is available on site.

Declaration

I confirm my application for a stall at Hope's Christmas Frost Fair 2023 and agree to all the terms and conditions laid out. I understand that the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry if the terms and conditions are not met. I accept that in adverse weather or unforeseen circumstance (that could cause harm to traders or members of the public), the organisers reserve the right to cancel the event.
