Current Opportunities
1. We are recruiting a new Marketing officer to promote Hope’s social enterprises – catering, tool recycling, horticulture and vegetable sales, and our social supermarket. This post is full time, but on a six month contract.
The JD/PS is available HERE
2. Lifeskills activities co-ordinator. 20 hrs a week, salary c£22k. Suit a creative person who can organise fun activities for people with acute challenges in their lives
JD/PS: Lifeskills Co-ordinator
Both are available on Indeed
You can also apply by emailing your CV and two page supporting statement to office@northamptonhopecentre.org.uk
Any other roles previously advertised here, but not listed here anymore are now filled. If you have not had any response to your application you have not been successful.
Any vacancies at Hope are advertised here and on Indeed, where you can see the Job Descriptions – https://www.indeed.co.uk/Hope-Centre-jobs-in-Northampton and announced on our social media.
With regard to pay, the term PRO-RATA is used on our adverts. This means the actual sum paid reflects the number of hours worked as compared to the rate paid for full time. So if we say the full time rate is £25ooo, but you only work half time, then the salary paid is proportionate or pro-rata to that, ie half. If you are still unclear, contact us in advance so we can explain it to you.
You can have lots of fun, and lots of rewarding experience, volunteering at Hope.
In addition to all of the above, we are still looking for people who can do the following existing roles:
Helping in our gardening project growing food for hungry people in need
Administration and accounts
IT
Campaigning
Training staff and volunteers
