Assurance of quality at Hope

Quality matters at Hope. But don’t just beleive us when we say this. It is externally verified. Hope has just received a new kitemark or accreditation for attaining an externally recognised set of quality standards. This is the Improving Quality standard:

This is a specific quality mark for the charity sector. Externally assessed by charity experts, this award shows that Hope meets standards of quality in these areas:

  • Accountable – Good Governance, Leadership and management
  • Welcoming – Involving Service users, managing and developing Staff and Volunteers, Equality and Diversity and working with others
  • Effective – The services that an organisations provides and the planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation that the organisations carries out
  • Sustainable – Quality in how the organisation manages, risk, money and the resources to make service delivery happen
